Transactions are strictly protected by 128 bit SSL Encryption. Please be reassured.

We provide the following forms of payments (please note that they may vary, subject to areas and forms of delivery):
  1. Pick-up payment at convenience stores
  2. Credit card payment
  3. Line Pay
  4. Apple Pay

Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping & Arrival
  1. Orders in Taiwan main island will be processed and shipped in 24 hrs (note: Though this applies to weekends, a delay in delivery might occur due to natural disasters or error in order information. Shipment can also be postponed on public holidays).
  2. Pre-order items will be shipped on the date announced on the official website.
  3. Pick-up at convenience stores: The package will arrive within 2-3 days after the notification of shipment. It has to be picked up in 5 days or it will be sent back to us.
  4. Home delivery (via President Transnet corp.): The package will arrive within 2-3 days after the notification of shipment. A courier will notify you again if it has arrived.
  5. International shipping/delivery: The package will arrived within 7-14 days after the notification of shipment (note: for customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, customs duty will be paid in advance)
- Free Shipping & Delivery Fee
  1. Orders in Taiwan: Free shipping for orders over 1000 NTD. Otherwise, a delivery fee should be paid (pick-up at convenience stores: 60 NTD; home delivery: 90 NTD; cash on delivery: 120 NTD).
  2. Orders in other countries: Free shipping for orders over 3000 NTD. Otherwise, a delivery fee (450 NTD) should be paid.

Electronic Invoicing
  1. E-invoicing system is implemented to support environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. When purchasing process ends, an invoice will be attached to an email and sent to you as a notification.
  2. If you win the receipt lottery, a hard copy of your invoice will be sent to the address you designate.
  3. If you need a triplicate uniform invoice, please fill out the necessary information on the payment page. The invoice will be sent out with your order.
  4. If you need a hard copy of your invoice, please let us know by leaving a remark on the payment page.

Follow-up on Delivery Status

Please contact Customer Service or refer to your shipping timeline on our website.

Returns & Refunds
  1. If you need to modify the order after submitting it, please contact Customer Service directly.
  2. If you would like to return and refund within 7 days, please contact Customer Service and provide the following information: bank name, swift code (bank identifier code, BIC), account name, and account number.
  3. Return and refund are not possible for products sold beyond 7 days (free return & refund within 7 days).
  4. Return and refund are not possible for products that have been unpacked or used.
  5. For orders that are not offered “free shipping,” the delivery fee is not included in the refund (pick-up at convenience stores: 60 NTD; home delivery: 90 NTD; cash on delivery: 120 NTD). That is, the delivery fee will be paid by customers under this circumstance.
Please place “unpacked” products in our cardboard box and send them all together to 7-11. You will be asked to fill out a form of shipment for cash on delivery, but you do not have to pay the delivery fee.

The items sent back to us will be carefully checked. If there is no problem with them, a refund will be given in 7-10 working days.
